Claudia is an Auckland-based Japanese artist, She completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Hawaii and later Honours of Fine Arts at Elam School of Fine Arts. She is currently exhibiting at Sanderson Contemporary gallery.
“I thought more about the night-life and social aspect of Karangahape road. Thinking about the many bars and clubs that stay out late hosting dance floors and music joints, I instinctively thought about painting dancing silhouettes.”
